EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a therapy method which is excellent for addressing long-standing problems with which you may feel very “stuck”, and with acute trauma. EMDR works with areas of the brain which are not always accessible through talking. I have been working with EMDR for almost twenty years and was trained by its originator, Dr. Francine Shapiro. EMDR is appropriate for children and adults.
